Robb Harmon: The Veterans Advocate
Free Medical Cannabis Access to America’s Veterans
Robb Harmon is the founder of Veterans Cannabis Care (VCC), a Florida‑based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to ensuring that U.S. veterans can access medical cannabis completely free of charge. His work has already transformed lives across Florida and is now expanding nationwide, creating a compassionate, sustainable model for veteran-centered cannabis care.
A Mission Rooted in Service and Compassion
Harmon launched Veterans Cannabis Care with a simple but powerful belief: no veteran should be denied access to natural therapeutic options because of cost. Over the last three years, VCC has fully funded medical cannabis access for more than 900 Florida veterans, covering both state registration fees and physician evaluation costs. This effort has saved veterans over $275,000 in out‑of‑pocket expenses.
Harmon emphasizes that many veterans live with PTSD, chronic pain, and other service‑related conditions, yet struggle to afford medical cannabis—despite its proven therapeutic value. His organization steps in to close that gap, offering what he calls “a national safety net of compassionate care; ne free recommendation at a time.”
Expanding a National Network of Free Cannabis Care
Building on its success in Florida, Veterans Cannabis Care is now launching a nationwide network of licensed medical cannabis providers who will offer free evaluations to veterans in every state where medical cannabis is legal. All associated state costs will continue to be covered by VCC, ensuring that financial barriers never stand between a veteran and the care they deserve.
Harmon is actively recruiting clinicians, veteran service organizations, and sponsors to join the mission, expanding the reach and impact of the program across the country.
Advocacy, Education, and Community Support
Beyond direct access to medical cannabis, Harmon’s nonprofit also focuses on:
- Cannabis education for PTSD, pain management, and other conditions
- Workshops and outreach programs to support veterans’ mental and physical well‑being
- Legislative advocacy to expand veteran access to medical cannabis
- Community partnerships to strengthen support networks for veterans
Harmon describes the mission as “rooted in gratitude and a commitment to giving back to those who have given so much.”
Robb Harmon also serves as President of Marijuana Express MD. He studied at Florida State University, earning both a Bachelor of Science and an MBA. His leadership blends nonprofit vision, business expertise, and a deep commitment to veteran welfare
