Instead of Tinker Bell circling a fairy-tale castle, a whimsical Cannabis Fairy soars around the magnificent Magic Hemp Castle, illuminating its towers and filling the night sky with dazzling fireworks. Once the magic has been set in motion, Casper welcomes viewers from his office and introduces the featured story, much like Walt Disney once did for audiences across America.
